Compression Tested 29/08/2023 with following results normalised to 250rpm;

Front Rotor - 6.7 / 6.8 / 6.9
Rear Rotor - 6.9 / 7.3 / 7.0

Text performed using a Mazda rotary engine tester and written confirmation will be provided for the new owner.

This 40th has undergone a mini restoration to get it ready for sale.
As you will see from the MOT history the car has not been used for a number of years so to get it back in good order various work has been completed including;

- Fit similar mileage replacement engine - the engine that was in it when it arrived with us was showing low compression on one rotor.
- Replace leaking oil cooler line (possibly the cause of the low compression)
- Fit Brand New Revision C Mazda ignition coils
- Fit new OEM spec spark plugs
- Fit new Brake discs front and rear
- Fit new Brake pads front and rear
- Replace brake fluid
- Fit new Anti Roll Bar links (all 4)
- Replace engine oil (10w40 semi) and filter
- Replace gearbox and diff oil (Redline MT-LV)
- Replace engine coolant (Mazda FL22)
- Wheels powder coated dark grey
- New tyres fitted all round

One good thing about the car having not been used is the chassis has stayed in very good condition with minimal rust.

Being one of the sought after special editions and in fundamentally good condition, the car deserved a new lease of life and that’s what it’s got.
